Shipping Policy

Our products will be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

We ship via UPS. Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rates, which are based on package weight, size and distance shipped. We do not charge any box fees, handling fees, etc. at all!

When you check out, UPS will give you their real-time shipping rate along with estimated time in transit. However, the actual time in transit may vary depending on UPS' workload, holidays or weather delays. Also, please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on weekends.

If, for any reason, your package has arrived to you DOA (Dead On Arrival), you must let us know and send us a digital photo within 48 hours of receiving your package. Upon receiving the photo, we will contact you regarding a possible replacement or store credit for the DOA (does not apply to rare items).
